βVery nearly perfect. Please improve the Bed and pillowsβ
Fantastic central location. Short walk to the promenade. We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were brilliant Plenty of restaurants and bars within a the area.
The bed was too hard and the pillows were not supportive at all We stayed for 4 nights and I didnβt have a proper sleep during the time Stars deducted off for this
Great Location, back room, very quiet. Good A/C. Daily maid service, good room facilities, cooker, microwave, fridge, free safe etc. Great breakfast choice. Lovely staff all round. Additionally, they offered a packed breakfast if going out before 0800 on a trip etc. Nice touch.
"Hot" food was generally only warm. The place would benefit from fitting a Bain Marie ( or equivalent) to keep the food at the proper serving temperatures. Other than that, lovely place to stay.
