Horrible
Very clean room and bathroom, quiet and comfortable. The self check-in was clear and easy, the building was also easy to find and close to the touristic center (10-15 minutes walking), bus stops (easy to get from-to the train station), a supermarket & mini market, and restaurants. The rooms are at the top floor with no elevator (3 floors to climb, ~60 steps), but it was manageable. It was essential to rest after days of sightseeing such a beautiful city!

There was no hot water at all for the first day and a half so the showers were freezing. No sheets on the second bed. Staff that i communicated with prior were very nice but didn’t see any staff while we were there. Great location. Easy access
