denied access when checking In because the booking is for 2 person, while I come alone. this doesn't make sense. the person( reception) is not present when I came at 8pm. I have to wait a while. denied access. need other guess to translate for me(who knows English) even defended me and help negotiate with the person(looks like owner) to give me my room. the likely owner even said that he doesn't want or need my money(translated by the other guest), eventually get the room after almost half an hour of arguments(without the other guest, it's not possible, thanks them, yes it's 2 other guests that help me talked to the owner). room is not that clean , with noisy Aircon and leaking toilets. will never recommend to anyone who's not fluent in Turkish language..

Booked free upgrade and had a triple room in the annex which was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, Aircon and the Wifi was excellent. No tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast room staff and the cleaners were all very friendly but didn't speak much English although better than our Turkish. It was a continental breakfast cheese, melon, hard boiled eggs, greens, preserves and pastries which we ate outside in the shady courtyard. It was a short walk to the beach with small supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. We made use of the adjacent hotel's beach club for sunbeds and umbrellas. It was a longer walk to the Water taxi but the local buses stopped outside the hotel.
It would have been helpful to have a card in the room to explain how the lights went on and instructions for opening room safe. The owners speak little English so we didn't realise the room key had to put into a slot to switch the electricity on. The Hotel itself probably needs some freshening up during the off season. Also there is no lift so it would be hard work if you are not fit and your room was on the 4th floor.There was a power cut on 1 of the days but it came on not long after we got back. It was outside of the Hotel's control but it would have been useful for a notice to have been put up to tell us the power was out.
