Ya nos hemos alojado varias veces porque es un hotel muy cómodo y acogedor, y siempre hemos estado muy a gusto. La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel está nuevo y muy cuidado, las camas son comodísimas y el desayuno y la comida tienen muy buena calidad. El personal es muy amable y también valoramos mucho que tenga parking, spa y piscina.
La habitación estándar es algo pequeña y el precio nos parece elevado para lo que ofrece, aunque probablemente influya la alta demanda de Palma. El panel de luces es poco práctico, sobre todo si necesitas gafas para distinguir bien los botones. Además, una mañana mi marido salió de madrugada a hacer deporte y, al salir de la habitación, se encendieron de golpe todas las luces mientras yo seguía durmiendo, así que me despertó. La cortina tampoco es totalmente tupida y entra bastante luz desde primera hora. Esta vez también tuvimos un problema al llegar por la noche porque la puerta del parking no funcionaba y tampoco respondían al teléfono, aunque entendemos que fue algo puntual.
