Il luogo in cui si soggiorna è molto carino, in mezzo ad una piccola foresta. Salendo sul promontorio si ha una vista su tutta Rovaniemi e lungo il piccolo tragitto (5 minuti a piedi) si incontrano anche gli scoiattoli
Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile ma purtroppo la stanza non ha finestre che si possono aprire e la temperatura non è regolabile dalla stanza ma bisogna scrivere un messaggio o chiamare la reception per farsi aumentare o diminuire i gradi. Bisogna poi attendere una buona oretta prima che si riesca ad avere la temperatura richiesta. Molto scomodi e poco appropriato per un 5 stelle. Rapporto prezzo/qualità non equilibrato

Devoir demander à la réception pour régler la température de la chambre avec la réaction du chauffage/climatisation de plusieurs heures, impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre pour rafraîchir la chambre chauffée par le soleil toute la journée, au contraire salle de bain froide et impossible à chauffer, bref: en 2026 et même si tout est soi-disant optimisé, il n'est pas normal de subir ce genre de désagrément dans un hôtel de cette catégorie ! Un thermostat manuel dans une chambre reste la solution la plus simple et fonctionnelle.

La cabina ha una splendida vetrata con la vista sospesa sulla foresta. E sulla cima della collina c’è una torre panoramica con una vista spettacolare dall’alto.
The location was very beautiful but far from the center. It’s good if you want to be in a resort and with me need to go somewhere else
In summer time the Spa is closed and the restaurant works only in the morning and evening. No option for lunch
