Very nice hotel
I highly recommend this hotel! I was traveling with my dog, and they are truly pet-friendly, which made everything so easy and comfortable. I had two large suitcases that were hard to carry, and the front desk staff, Ms. Liu, kindly helped me bring them up to my room and even placed some of my food in the fridge. Her service was outstanding and very thoughtful. The location is also excellent — right on a lively street with plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to grab food, so it’s super convenient. They also arranged a shuttle bus to Pudong Airport based on my flight schedule, which made my trip much smoother. Overall, the service and experience were top-notch, and I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I come to Shanghai. One small area for improvement: since this is a pet-friendly hotel and I had informed them in advance that I would be bringing my dog, it would have been even better if the room had been prepared with a water bowl and food bowl for the dog.
I love the hotel decor and bohemian theme. Rooms were spotless. Staff were very nice! Breakfast was amazing, and reasonably priced. The only negative is the hotel was a bit warm, especially in the community areas. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely come back again! Thank you Manli staff for making our stay comfortable.
“Only stay one night near airport”
Night staff inept. Tried to tell me only on card key was available. Room lights were motion detectors which was terrible at night. Toilet had minimal privacy with only a partial clouded glass door. Breakfast was average. Gym barely plausible. Treadmill not right. A few interesting restaurants nearby. Close to airport.
