the accessibility since it is just around panagsama road, it's near on everything that you need. Plus the private room you will own if you book a room online like the good for 6 room and we only availed the 4 beds.
The cleanliness, there was trash left in our room, including a used cycling short, and the shower area was littered with shampoo and soap packaging from previous guests

Extremely disappointed with our stay. The room conditions were unacceptable, bugs climbing the walls, dirt all around the room and even up the walls, and the space itself was extremely small with two bunk beds crammed inside. The bathroom facilities were terrible and clearly not properly maintained. Even the pool was dirty and unusable. Also not proper lock on the door. We ended up leaving in the early hours because we did not feel comfortable or safe staying in those conditions any longer. We are still awaiting a refund, but unfortunately the property has not responded to any of our requests or communication. (Images I have a from videos I took of the property)
