We really enjoyed our stay in Nusa Penida. The view from our balcony was incredible, overlooking the swimming pools and the ocean. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel has three swimming pools, but two of them were under maintenance and not available during our stay. The one that was open was quite clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean.
There were a few things that could be improved. For a 4-star hotel, we found the breakfast selection quite limited, with not many varieties to choose from. The water in the shower also did not flow very well, as if the drain was partially blocked. We also noticed quite a lot of ants in the room, but this did not bother us.
