We like the location for easy access via their public train and the hotel has a vantage view of Marina Bay Sands. Buffet breakfast with a choice of 2 restaurants plus a quieter lounge option was something we looked forward to every morning before planning our day ahead. Staff accommodated our request to have our 3 rooms close together. In fact, we were all next to each other, with one connecting room.
Was not told about renovations being done to some facilities in the spa until we got there. However, we were still able to enjoy whatever was available.

Location was perfect within a short train ride to Marina Bay Sands and Orchard shopping district and walking distance to other attractions. Having a choice of 2 restaurants for buffet breakfasts is quite rare and a treat.
There was no bidet spray for the toilet. The pillows were too soft. We could probably request a change but didn't know. Check-in was a little confusing as we had L65 access and didn't know how to get up there for check-in. There was no hot chocolate in the lounge and the juices would often run out and not be refilled.
