The location of the property is very convenient from a traveler PoV.
The property rooms are quiet old. The bed is decent for a nights stay. Not something one would look forward to staying, especially as a corporate traveler.
“Fraud hotel—always overbook, cancels booking and doesn't refund money”
Hotel confirmed booking by asking to pay whole amount while booking. When the day of check in came, hotel told that booking is cancelled. Hotel did not provide refund saying we haven't received your payment so we won't refund. Asked me to contact booking.com , booking.com said payment was handled by the hotel property hence they will refund, we can't help you and hotel is giving you wrong information. Neither booking.com nor the hotel property willing to refund my money and they did not even let me stay at the property as booking was cancelled by hotel. This is a fraud hotel. It is second time they have done this to me.
