Hotel enorme; probabilmente, quando è stato costruito, era all'altezza delle 5 stelle che vanta, ma ora è decisamente in declino e necessita di un pesante restyling. Il bagno, almeno nella mia camera, era antiquato e presentava evidenti difetti (metallo consunto dall'uso, rubinetteria da sostituire). Il numero di clienti che l'hotel ospita è impressionante, e c'è un continuo via-vai di bus che scaricano centinaia di persone e bagagli ogni 15 minuti. Forse per questo è pressoché impossibile trovare un tavolo libero a colazione, a qualunque ora. Il personale del ristorante non è molto gentile e, in ogni caso, non rispetta le esigenze dei clienti, probabilmente a causa dell'enorme affluenza. Io, nonostante avessi pagato in anticipo la colazione, ho desistito. È impossibile anche solo bere un caffè, se si ha fretta, come nel mio caso, dati i tempi richiesti dal personale per assecondare le richieste. A consuntivo, a mio parere l'hotel non vale assolutamente il costo (decisamente troppo esoso)!
