Our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very gratifying. Staff unfailingly helpful. Beautiful and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Bar prices not cheap, but perfectly reasonable given the standard of the hotel. Nice little gym and sauna facilities. The hotel is not centrally situated (unless you have business in the European Quarter) but this makes access much easier (driving in the tourist enter of Brussels is emphatically not for the feint hearted!). If you are driving, make sure you book a parking space.
