“Great stay in Dushanbe (great for Globalists)”
Highly recommend, 10/10 experience. Yes it does need a bit of a facelift, hopefully ownership gets around to this. They know it’s overdue, according to my sources. But anyway, to my experience. (1) the fitness studios are HUGE!! Yes that’s right, they have two fitness studios. Probably the biggest of any HR I’ve been to if you sum up all the square meters of both studios. Also their pool is beautiful. They have a men’s and women’s sauna, hot tub situation. We used it all. We also were impressed with their breakfast. They have a lot of savory things (beef stroganoff for breakfast!? Okay!). And there Globaliat club lounge situation is fantastic, and doesn’t get talked about as much. In fact funny enough it was CLOSED when we were there but my story is just so wonderful. To keep the party going, they offered for us to order a full dinner from their lovely restaurant (served in the bar). So we both got amazing local trout (absolutely amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had), and ceased salad, Korean hot chicken, beef ribs, etc, all included. And yes they have cocktails too! We made friends with the bartenders, I can’t remember their names, I am so sorry, but I remember one of you gave me a small chain which I keep with me now. It was such a special and fun conversation on the history of Tajikistan. The room was very stately and well apportioned. Quiet and comfortable. The bedding was very comfortable too. Overall I highly recommend the HR Dushanbe. Yes, the lobby needs a refresh (and some chill background music, omg please guys, the lobby is sooooo uninspired and sad), but overall this is a wonderful hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Dushanbe. A special thank you to Timur Chebanov, Director of Sales and Marketing, who truly made the impossible possible. Despite the hotel being fully packed because of an event and my booking request coming at very short notice, he somehow managed to find me a room. I sincerely appreciated his kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. The whole experience was outstanding. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone was welcoming, attentive and genuinely professional. The service was smooth, the atmosphere was pleasant and every detail made the stay comfortable. Hyatt Regency Dushanbe is a hotel where you really feel taken care of. I am very grateful to the entire team and would happily stay there again.
