“Hôtel très sale”

L' hôtel n'est pas propre du tout: les toilettes, la chambre, les verres, couverts du petit déjeuner... L'électricité grésille, quand on branche un chargeur sur la prise électrique, la lumière se met à clignoter.

The receptionist was polite and handled our complaint professional ly, immediately offering us a different room.
We booked a last-minute one-night stay here with the family, but unfortunately, it was a really poor experience. When we walked in, the room wasn't even the category we booked. Worse than that, it obviously hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The sheets and pillows were crumpled up, there was hair on the bed, and oily stains on the duvet cover. We called the receptionist to look at it. He seemed surprised and insisted it was clean, but to his credit, he was polite and immediately offered us a different room. The second room was slightly better, but the hygiene standards were still terrible. The bathtub was dirty and had old human hair left over in the drain area. We had breakfast included in our rate, but after seeing the state of the rooms, we couldn't bring ourselves to stay and just decided to leave early. The guy at reception was nice enough and tried his best, so no issues with him, but management really needs to sort out their housekeeping. I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone. No matter how cheap a hotel is, fresh sheets and a clean shower/bathroom are non-negotiable.
