Room does not look like photos at all. The 3 triple bedroom was quite small. Reception does not seem helpful but guess can't expect much since this is just like a motel and can't expect much services.

The family running the hotel is friendly but were not able to provide sufficient service because they have limited understanding of English. The staff who communicated with me in English was not around.
1. It is definately not a 4 star hotel as stated at Booking.com website....misleading. 2. Facilities stated in booking website was not provided in room....no wardrobe, no hangers, no kettle, no tea and coffee, tv not working. 3. A huge opening near to ceiling at top of wall in the bathroom. If a pervert was to climb up a ladder ....then he would see guest bathing and pooping. ( why is there an opening ???) 4. Shelves in room dirty...dead flies were stuck to the shelves
