“Solo para relajarte”
Me gustó la habitación y la comida del restaurante
No me gustó que la habitación no estaba lista para cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar y cuando entramos no tenía jabón de baño y cuando lo solicitamos lo dejaron en un envase de acondicionador o sea que lo renbasado y nos dijeron que no había uno nuevo para darnos.

“Great room and view, ruined by unauthorized card charges”
The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the experience after checkout completely overshadowed these positive aspects. Unexpected and unexplained charges appeared on the card after the stay, including charges for minibar items we did not use. What should have been a wonderful birthday trip ended with frustration and a complete loss of trust in the hotel.
Unauthorized charges after checkout — be extremely careful I booked and paid for this stay at The Grayson Hotel Miami Downtown as a birthday present for a friend. He said the room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, what happened after checkout completely erased those positive impressions. At check-in, my friend was required to provide his card as a deposit or guarantee. After checking out early and returning home, he discovered several unexplained charges on that card. So far, we have not received an itemized bill, receipts, or any evidence showing that he consumed or removed these any products or extra services. If this hotel asks you to provide a card as a guarantee or deposit, be extremely cautious. Photograph or record the entire minibar before leaving. Personally, after what happened to my friend, I would advise travelers not to stay here. Making unexplained charges after checkout represents a serious breach of trust.
