“The place is just dirty and smell bad!”
I didn't have anything there.
The place is very dirty, it needs to be clean and freshed up, it smells bad including the room.
They have homeless everywhere people were yelling and fighting in the lobby. They don’t have no waiting area no chairs nothing they have people outside by the door drinking alcohol. It’s not safe to be there.
I finally spoke with a decent front desk person without an attitude but firm. She listened to the situation and made an attempt to accommodate and resolve my issue. She said she would subtract $20 off my stay and move me to a room where the remote worked.
The inability of the front desk crew to handle their emotions under pressure in a situation. The heat in the lobby and the hallways.
