Common areas were beautiful and loved the historic atmosphere of the hotel. Staff was excellent. Everyone was very gracious. Room itself was spacious and furniture comfortable. We selected this hotel due to its central location.
Bathroom design was awful although appeared newly remodeled. It was the size of closet with no counter space. Standing at sink required your shoulder against shower door. Using commode had you wedged between sink and wall. This was a termed a signature room but I would not put my signature on the bathroom design. Room 356. Our friends on another floor made the same criticism although I didn’t see theirs. Mattress was hard and pillows were unsupportive.

Staff was super knowledgeable and accommodating. They had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Super understanding when my flight was delayed will definitely book again with them. Room service was honestly perfect after a long day of walking around downtown.
The staff was so helpful. We arrived early and they worked very hard to get us settled. They were very friendly while being efficient. Yhe restaurant staff continued the excellent service and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We loved the central location to the things we wanted to see and do. Cleanliness-A+.

Location, staff, cleanliness, walkable to stores and transportation needs. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable
Walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors unzip luggage, drop stuff on hard surfaces and sometimes even humming a song. Thankfully that’s all that was happening in the 4 nights we were there (6th floor) The bathroom is a bit snug. Requires precision movements at times.
