L’accueil du premier jour et la chambre spacieuse
Très déçue par l’accueil et le service au petit déjeuner. La cuisson des œufs durs s’arrête à 9h15. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 9h30 et qu’il n’y avait plus d’œufs durs, j’en ai simplement demandé au serveur. Au lieu d’un accueil agréable, j’ai eu droit à des regards agacés et à une attitude qui donnait clairement l’impression de déranger, alors que préparer et servir les clients fait pourtant partie de leur travail. J’ai finalement demandé des œufs durs. Le serveur m’a répondu que c’était possible. J’attends 25minutes Je lui ai demandé pourquoi cela prenait autant de temps. Il m’a alors répondu qu’il avait finalement annulé la commande, sans jamais m’en informer, alors qu’il me voyait attendre. Je me suis donc plainte auprès du responsable de l’accueil, qui s’est excusé, mais semblait lui aussi agacé par ma remarque. Il a finalement dit devant moi : « C’est bon, faites-lui ses œufs durs. » Ce n’est pas tant le fait d’avoir attendu qui m’a dérangée, mais surtout l’attitude du personnel et le manque de communication. Un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme aurait été apprécié. Pour ma part, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

The place wasn't clean and it smelt very bad. So had that my guest checked out within 2 hours of checking in and it was booked for 3 days. They did offer alternative rooms but the hotel in general wasn't very clean.
