Καθαρός χώρος, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και καλή τοποθεσία. Στάση τραμ ακριβώς έξω και πολύ κοντά ο σταθμός λεωφορείων και τρένων.
Ημασταν στον 2ο όροφο και ήταν δύσκολο με δύο παιδιά και καρότσι γιατί δεν υπήρχε ανσανσερ. Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν έξτρα χαρτιά τουαλέτας και ούτε air condition στο υπνοδωμάτιο, μόνο στο σαλόνι.
