Lack of safety, leaking fridge by electric outlet, telephone did not work, sagging mattress, stained side chair, exorbitant price under the label as a ‘boutique’ motel

Our room was a good size and had a harbor/bay views. Lots of storage and had a decent size fridge and microwave and bar sink. Nice bath liquids. Power next to the bed. Good housekeeping.
The bathroom is too small. Good shower pressure. The bed was too soft! Wooden floor was dirty when we checked in. Pool water was freezing. Need to heat 80 degrees.
