Location
Appearance, musty smell and grubby carpets in corridors on second floor. The twin beds in 212 need replacing - very saggy especially to 1 side on each bed. Hot water took ages to come through. Sink didn’t drain properly, therefore no hot water in tiny sink as would overflow if not careful. Mentioned this and was told it was a water saving idea? But - no hot water available in sink - good job the shower drained as similar problem.

Bathroom in accessibility too smelt musty and bathroom floor was grimey and failed to be cleaned even after requesting at reception. Breakfast staff were slow to clear tables and appeared new and / or poorly trained.
