“False advertisement”
Location was good. That was all. Location.
Cracked walls in the bathroom, staff were rude and not willing to help, snobby I would say. Parking was a lie. It's not reserved, it's first come first serve even though messaged ahead of time. Toilet leaked constantly. Laundry was not provided as promised.

Mouldy odeur in the room, dirty carpet, stains on blankets,, mould on shutters. Altogether very shabby and moreover loud.

The location for us was ideal .
The hot water tap over the basin was non existent for quite some time. Exiting the shower was a bit difficult due to the big step out down to the floor. A hand towel would have been nice.
