Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal
Immer wenn jemand die Zimmertüren geschlossen hat, dann hat es gebebt und war sehr laut. Der Fernseher ging nicht immer, es gab ständig ein Wackelbild oder Sender sind manchmal komplett ausgefallen

Mooie grote en schone kamer. Heerlijke bedden, badkamer en grote bank. Alles was gewoon prima. Wel een zakelijke indeling en uitrusting. Parkeren onder het hotel en direct naar boven is fijn. Goed ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan wensen. Je loopt in 15 minuten zo het centrum in.
Vooral het personeel, bij aankomst geen vriendelijke lach, meer van het moet maar. Bij het ontbijt niet beter, moeizaam lachje, geen reactie terug als je dank zegt en dat is jammer. Een enkel jongedame uitgezonderd (een enkeling). Het mooie Hotel en kamer, worden in onze beleving negatief beïnvloed door het personeel. een heer bij de receptie was iets toegankelijker. De opmerking Duitsers maken geen grappen is hier van toepassing.
Krásný hotel, na perfektním místě - kousek od centra. Velké plus je parkování hned vedle hotelu v podzemní garáži a je možno i v průběhu pobytu z garáže vyjet a zase se vrátit. Velmi tichá lokalita i hotel. Pokoje dobře vybavené, krásná koupelna - se sprcháčem, šamponem, kondicionerem, tělovým mlékem, mýdlem na ruce, papírovými ubousky a fenem. Samostatné WC. Dostatek úložného prostoru. Matrace v posteli byly měkčí. Snídaně výborná, bylo všeho dostatek, personál velice milý, hned sklízel ze stolu použité nádobí. Přijeli jsme i s naším pejskem, nebyl problém s jeho ubytováním - 15 eur/noc. Hotel určitě doporučuji
