Every thing went well, as expected. The stuff and restaurants are great !
Make sure next time to take a room in the back side of the building, not the street side, because of the noise. The AC wasn't working very well, it makes a lot of noise.
Very rude front desk staff don’t know why they are so entitled and what they are so snobbish about have been a world traveller and stayed in many hotels didn’t realise Hilton would have such an awkward experience Especially the African American lady at the front desk on sep 12 who refused to get the room cleaned even after extending and paying for the additional duration. Please give her a lesson in humility and guest services
“okay other than rooftop”
room was clean. most staff were pleasant
we were on the rooftop, the view was great. The service was awful. then the next night the manager heard us talking about it and made an attempt to tell us about the shortage of people and the person we were complaining about does not work upstairs he was just helping. I felt at that point he should of taken care of our bill which was only 2 drinks as we were heading to the show. the couple on the table next to us perked up and said the same. good explanation but didn't do anything for us,
