This Hotel was above Perfect. The staff always extremely friendly & helpful at all times. We stayed 4 nights Celebrating our 60th Wedding anniversary & my 80th Birthday. We dined in the English Grill which was perfect both nights. The waiting staff were fantastic and really looked after us. Our children had arranged with the hotel to surprise us with a big family get together. The Hotel assisted them in this surprise. We knew nothing until the Saturday night. THANK YOU RUBENS your staff really made our stay perfect. We cant thank you enough.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo non è possibile che un hotel a cinque stelle non abbia amenities nella stanza ma soprattutto non abbia nemmeno un frigobar.Deludente trovare un orchidea finta Ikea nell’arredamento di una stanza da 800 Euro . La realtà è molto diversa da come sembra nelle foto
