“We didn’t stay. We canceled our reservation.”
We didn’t. We were scheduled to check in at 4. We were there around 3:30pm and were told our room should be ready by 4. We waited, and waited, and at 4:45pm I checked with the desk and the room was still not ready and they had no idea when it would be ready. We canceled our reservation all together.
Didn’t get to see much of the property as we did not stay.
Everything was perfect! I was able to check in early and that process was so easy. The clerk was exceptional! The walk to watch the braves game was not bad at all, much better than driving i would think. The breakfast was probably the best ive had in so long! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place is great! I will be back.
I got charged for my room even though i had paid for it through booking.com. The clerk did tell me that booking.com didnt send payment for the room yet. She told me next time go through Expedia, there are never issues with them. I was the 2nd person today that it had happened to.
