The Apartment was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the spa and pool. Great location close to the beach and trams.
A few necessities could have been added to the apartment such as hand towels, face cloths, matress protectors, kitchen sink plug to make our stay more comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fantastic. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of the beach, Cavill Avenue and everything in Surfers Paradise. For the size of the apartment and the location, we felt it was good value for money. We also enjoyed having the pool and spa facilities available.
The apartment was spacious, however the cleanliness and maintenance really let it down. We found items left behind by previous guests under the beds, including swimwear, hair bands and a ball, which made us question how thoroughly the apartment had been cleaned. The windows were very dirty and there was mould/grime around the fridge water dispenser. The bath/shower was in poor condition — rust appeared to have been painted over, but the paint was peeling off inside the bath. The shower constantly dripped and we also had issues with the hot water. The blinds provided very little privacy. The apartment was advertised as having ocean and river views, but we had neither. Our first-floor apartment instead overlooked the car park and a construction zone, which was very disappointing as the advertised views were one of the reasons we chose to stay here.

The location was good and the apartment had a nice view.
The apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained. The floors were sticky, the linen and blankets smelled unpleasant, and one blanket had what appeared to be a blood stain. We also found dirty dishes. We called several times to report the issues, but nothing was resolved. We were repeatedly told someone would call us back, but no one did. This was the worst accommodation experience we’ve had while travelling around Australia and New Zealand.
I loved that we were on the top floor, the view was amazing from the long balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating to requests.. the heated spa was nice. Close walking distance to the strip and shops. Beds were comfortable too.
The apartment could do with a few updates. But it did us fine.
