Location
The breakfast was not good, and unfortunately, the room service was also unsatisfactory. I requested water several times, but I did not receive any response or assistance. I hope the hotel can improve these services in the future.

Fantastic location just across the street from Lake Geneva. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool facility.
My first room was large and well appointed, but I could hear talking from the neighboring room through the adjoining door. On request I was moved to another, smaller, but quieter room.
