Posizione centrale, servizio colazione ottimo compresa la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale di sala. Pulizia ottime della stanza,bagno e ambienti comuni.
Al check in non sono stata seguita in modo idoneo in quanto avevo una prenotazione fatta con Booking.com e per la quale avevo giá saldato il soggiorno a mezzo della piattaforma ma al mio arrivo in struttura al check in ho dovuto ripagare il tutto nonostante io abbia presentato la mia prenotazione. Penso bastasse dedicare piú attenzione al cliente e alla sua pratica. Ho dovuto seguire il disguido impegnando altro del mio tempo dopo che sono rientrata in Italia. Consiglio di migliorare la formazione del personale al check-in.
Nous avons la chance d'avoir un upgrade de la chambre. Nous sommes parties trop tôt pour avoir le déjeuner. L'emplacement est parfait.
