Emplacement
I’ve been staying at this hotel for several years, but unfortunately, the quality of the service has really gone downhill. When I arrived in my room, there were no towels. I called reception and was told to come downstairs to get some. When I got there, I was then told that they had run out of towels. I had to insist and wait for almost 30 minutes at reception before they finally managed to find some. The next day, my room was cleaned, but the bathroom towels weren’t even changed. But the worst part happened the following evening. A member of staff walked into my room while I was lying on my bed. He just said that he thought the room was empty and that he had made a mistake. Honestly, this is completely unacceptable and made me feel really uncomfortable. After staying here for several years, I’m really disappointed to see such a big drop in the level of service and professionalism.

A good sized room albeit the 3rd one we got put in. Central location near the main railway station and trams.
Staff couldn't care less about your grievances. We originally booked into a double room but there was no safety deposit box and intermittent air-conditioning. We got moved to another room, same problem, then moved to a 3rd room with twin beds and NO air conditioning whatsoever or safety deposit box PLUS the bedsheets or mattress protector weren't clean and my partner and I were covered in bites, we suspected the mattress or bedding. The floor was filthy round the beds, bottom of my feet black when tucking in the sheets. We spoke to reception about the air conditioning that we'd not had for 4 days and their reply was it's broken just open a window. No apologies no nothing. The hot breakfast options were cold. There are no photos of the front of the hotel only the Central Station so I have added one.
