  “Schade, Nie wieder in dieses Hotel und besser nicht über Booking.com buchen.”

  Nur, dass das Hotel über eine Garage verfügt.

  Wir haben ein altes, verwohntes Zimmer erhalten. in diesem Deluxe Doppelzimmer gab es nur für eine Person ein Nachttisch mit Lampe, auf der anderen Seite war der Tisch wohl kaputt und nicht ersetzt worden. Der Teppich und die Möbel "gruselig". Der sogenannte Balkon war ein dreckiger Ort ohne Sitzgelegenheiten oder ähnliches. Im Badezimmer war die Dusche defekt, etc. etc. Nach Reklamation haben wir ab dem 2. Tag ein etwas besseres Zimmer erhalten. Wir gehen davon aus, dass Booking.com Kunden, Kunden 2. Wahl sind und die schlechtesten Zimmer erhalten. Egal was gebucht worden ist. Nur reklamieren und drohen kann evtl. etwas ändern.
