“Last Day in peru”
Nuestra experiencia para mi hija y para mi en el hotel fue Buena. Aunque solo nos hospedamos una noche, quedamos muy satisfechas con la atención y el servicio recibido. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de la recepcionista, quien tuvo el hermoso detalle de asignarnos una habitación con una vista increíble, lo que hizo nuestra estadía aún más especial. La habitación fue muy cómoda, descansamos súper bien ya que veniamos de un viaje de cusco y todo estuvo impecable. El desayuno también estuvo delicioso y fue una excelente manera de comenzar el día. Agradecemos mucho la atención y la calidez de todo el personal. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y esperamos tener la oportunidad de regresar en una próxima visita. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía tan especial!

Los espacios acogedor limpio y cómodos
“Unser erster Besuch war wesentlich besser...”
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, Zimmer super, Frühstück auch, eigentlich passt alles (obgleich etwas teuer)...
Wir hatten einen late check-out angefragt, da wir wissen, dass das prinzipiell gegen Gebühr möglich ist. Uns wurde der check out abgelehnt (was an sich okay ist), mit der Begründung das Haus sei voll. Letzteres stimmte aber nicht (und das finden wir gar nicht okay), über booking wären mehrere Zimmer buchbar gewesen. Wie gesagt, wir haben keinen Anspruch auf einen late check-out, soweit klar. Aber angeschwindelt werden geht gar nicht. Immerhin durften wir vor unserem Flug noch die Anlagen am Pool verwenden, das war freundlich. Insgesamt jedoch bleibt ein fader Nachgeschmack, eigentlich schade bei einer an sich guten Unterkunft.
