Great facilities and our onsite manager (Paula) was excellent. Views from the apartment were great.
Access. Access. Access. This was either difficult or expensive. We made the mistake of walking from the station. 10 minutes from the centre of town according to the info provided. Not a chance. The last few hundred metres involves a 9 switchback gravel track. No mention of that either. The only alternative is an 18CHF one way ticket on the Gornegrat per person. The cost of that was not mentioned anywhere and that would add up over 12 days.
L'espace piscine et jacuzzi, le balcon et la vue sur le Cervin. La configuration de l'appartement est également appréciable.
Le confort est très spartiate. Les lits sont des lits simples collés ensemble. Les matelas sont trop mous et le mobilier est de confort minimum. Il n'y avait pas de réserve de papier toilette ou d'essuie-tout. Pas de minimum pour cuisiner comme de l'huile ou du sel. L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. L'accès est très compliqué surtout avec une poussette.

Der Unterhalt der Terrassentüre, Kochplatten, Ofen sollte besser gewartet werden. Ein Teil der Kühlaggregate funktioniert nicht; Öffnungszeiten Swimmingpool zu kurz (erst ab 12:00)… Alles sehr funktional und sehr bei Einrichtung, Küchenutensilien auf Spar gesetzt
