Location
Unacceptable experience. One day during my stay, I returned at night and found my room door wide open, evidently left unlocked by the cleaning staff. It is completely unacceptable to put a guest's safety and belongings at risk like this. Having to stress out and check if anything was missing was awful. After this incident, I obviously didn't request housekeeping for the rest of my stay. I expected a much higher standard of security and professionalism.

Location and cleanliness of room
Had to move the car to P1 from P1 before 6 pm due to capacity of P1 . I had to come back to the hotel from middle of movie at TIFF which consumed unnecessary time wasting. Parking garage at P2 was under maintenance and only 1 way of enter and exit which made traffic
