The staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the restaurant was pretty good
We were next to incredibly noisy neighbors who were partying and yelling in the hallway for two nights, which made it difficult to sleep. We asked the staff to move us to another room, but this was not possible. The staff were friendly but did nothing to resolve the problem. The room was also quite warm, but it was not possible to open the windows without letting mosquitoes in. Screens on the windows would be a big help. The pillows were very tall and firm and couldn't be used comfortably because they bend the sleeper's neck at a sharp angle. We ended up making shorter pillows out of extra blankets on the second night.
“Unpleasant and tiring”
It was close to the office. Close to the metro station.
First of all, when walking to the hotel it is quite difficult to see the entrance. Second, the lady at the reception asked me to create an account so that she can update me to a superior room, which I did. The problem was that in the superior room nothing was superior. The room was noisy (you could hear the cars outside even if the room was not facing the street directly - probably the windows were low quality and not closing well); the shower did not work properly. The towels were dirty (something red on them). The breakfast is actually a snack. No proper food and even the few eggs that were there were undercooked. Value for the money, for sure not ok.
