“loved it”
Breakfast was good value and yummy Room had beautiful view and was clean and tidy Laundry was very good too Other guests were friendly to talk to. Staff were very helpful and very polite

Great staff, but definitely under staffed. That is all I can really say about our stay unfortunately.
The hotel is badly outdated and in much need of a makeover. Upon entering, the hotel had a musty smell throughout and it didn’t get better as we entered our room. One elevator was out of service and the other elevator needed to be put out of service with the way it was operating. We stayed in a two bedroom room, and although it seemed to have been cleaned it still looked and felt dirty. We saw several cockroaches roaming around late at night in the kitchen, both TV’s were not in working order and and woke up itchy throughout the night. I had booked for a 4 night stay with my family, but could only bear two nights there and we left to stay somewhere else. Based off our experience here, I cannot recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.
“Disappointing for a Novotel”
Location was excellent
The property was under major construction making it difficult to access the room or enjoy the central open area of the hotel. There was only one lift working and this also seemed tentative. Staff failed to warn of the inconvenience of construction work prior to arrival and seemed dismissive of any comments.
