Staff was great, room was clean, had an elevator for my handicap self didn’t have to climb the stairs.
The door in our room has a huge gap, so light went thru it. The pool could have at least been skimmed it was kinda dirty. Would have been nice to have security roaming around the parking lot, we had someone try and enter our room in the middle of the night.

I honestly did not enjoy my stay at this property because firstly our room was assigned facing the entrance of the stairs. Which has a lot of traffic. secondly, it was super dark in the bedroom room and there was almost no lighting at all. In the midnight, the person next to our door was screaming really loud and a slamming their doors and we were woken up from the sleep multiple times in the middle of night. It was around 3 AM in the morning. We have complained to the staff later, but they did not do anything about it. We were very disappointed. On top of that the structure was very confusing to navigate.
I honestly did not like everything about this property. It was a very disappointing stay.
