“Ordentlich”
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr ansprechendes Ambiente.
Leider war die Straße Richtig Stadt sehr laut. Nach dem ersten Tag Sightseeing in Seattle wollten wir uns im Hotelzimmer entspannen und stellen leider fest, dass kein Zimmerservice gemacht wurde. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, es wäre nur für die oberen Zimmer ein täglicher Zimmerservice geplant. Ich habe in keinem anderen Hotel in Europa oder Nordamerika und Kanada jemals ein solches Vorgehen erlebt. Wir wurden auch nicht bei Anreise im Hotel daraufhin gewiesen. Auf Bitte wurde dann ein täglicher Zimmerservice gewährt aber man fühlt sich als Bittsteller für diesen meines Erachtens selbstverständlichen Service.
It was a beautiful hotel! The location was just down the road from Pikes Market which was fun to see! And everyone was so super friendly there!
Hotel was very modern, great service from the staff and rooms were perfect. Location near the Pike place market, monorail and walkable to the Seattle needle. Would highly recommend for solo female travellers. My flight back was cancelled and staff were wonderful and allowed me to stay past my checkout. Cannot thank them enough for the service.
