Emplacement et personnel
“Well-located, a good base for exploring Bilbao.”
Location is very good, midway between the Guggenheim and the old town. It is nice to be on the river for strolls or running along the riverbank path. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It was great to have a gym and sauna. Room was generally fine.
Breakfast was average. They did not have enough staff clearing the tables of people who had finished and left, so some people arriving at breakfast had nowhere to sit. The cafe con leche from the machine did not taste good. In the bedroom the Aircon fan was rather noisy, to be honest we didn’t ask the staff about this and perhaps they could have fixed it, but I would suggest adding an obvious way for guests to turn it off.
