Breakfasts were great. Rooms were clean apart from the toilet which had stains in the bowl. The WiFi was dreadful. We had our eurostar return journey cancelled, so we were trying to rearrange an alternative journey on my tablet. The WiFi signal was constantly being lost. When I informed reception I was told the signal was best on the ground floor, we were only on the 1st floor! Another little niggle was we had a room for 3 people but only 2 cups were left for the coffee machine. After the room was cleaned only 1 cup was left. Also I left a wet dressing gown on the floor, I hoped it would be replaced but it wasnt. Just a little more attention to detail would be better.
Location isn't great without a car but we did know that when we booked, so its not a complaint.

I wasn’t made aware of the bath robes that were available to us as the room wasn’t refitted with them and the slippers.
