Персонал приветливый и достаточно профессиональный. Нам приготовили два двухместных номера по соседству. Номера очень приятные, просторные, чистые. Было ощущение, будто ремонт в них освежили только недавно. И все, включая отделку комнат, сделано с такой любовью и вниманием к деталям. Постель удобная, постельные принадлежности и полотенца белоснежные. Сантехника в прекрасном состоянии. Я получил удовольствие от пребывания здесь.
Мы не стали завтракать в отеле. А в остальном даже придраться к чему-то было трудно. Спасибо менеджерам отеля и персоналу.
“Very solid all rounder choice”
Somewhat close to the main HBF station (15-20 min walk) staff were lovely and it was a super easy check in process.
I personally would've preferred something a little more central, it feels ever so slightly on the outskirts (which I did notice when I booked it) but that's at no fault of the hotel. Everything was quite literally perfect
Staff, swimming pool, location and parking
We booked a Queen Room. The bathroom has a small step between the bedroom and the bathroom, which I found quite dangerous. I was not expecting a step there, almost fell because of it, and actually hit my ankle. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary safety hazard in a hotel room. Access to the shower is also quite complicated. The bathroom has a bathtub that takes up a large part of the space, and you need to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower properly, almost having to jump over the side of the bathtub. This could be particularly difficult for older guests. The room and facilities also clearly show their age. The TV is positioned in the corner rather than directly opposite the bed, and there is no bedside table on one side of the bed, which is inconvenient. We chose not to have the room cleaned during our stay and received a small snack bag in return. To be honest, I found this a rather poor exchange and the compensation felt almost insignificant. Finally, for such a large hotel, the gym is surprisingly small and limited.
