The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The position of the hotel is excellent.
This is perhaps true of many high end hotels these days, but I feel like everything is too expensive for what is being offered. Perhaps ironically, it becomes inhospitable if you attempt to extract the maximum amount of money from your guests with pricing that is completely detached from value.
