wir hatten die Anlagen einzig und allein deshalb gewählt, weil man von den Luftaufnahmen her sehen konnte, dass direkt von der kleinen Halbinsel rechts davon ein Riff zum Schnorcheln beginnt, leider aber wurde uns vom Secutity Personal unter Androhung und wildem Pfeifen verboten, dort hinzuschwimmen, bzw dort ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Strand südlich der Anlage ist unbebaut frei zugänglich und natürlich ist uns klar, dass die Verantwortung des security Personals ausserhalb der Begrenzungen endet, was aber wir ausserhalb der Mercure Areals machen, ist unsere eigene Verantwortung.

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional staff and front desk, can’t even get water to the room without permission from reception and they never answer phone calls. Also got charged twice for the first night and they’re refusing to pay me back and am even opening a case on them at the ministry of tourism.
