Das Frühstück war reichhaltigen, frisch und sehr ansprechend.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal freundlich und kompetent. Waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel.
Am Samstag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

Das Zimmer lag nicht an der Straße und war sehr ruhig und geräumig. Die Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln haben gut funktioniert. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Wir konnten die Tiefgarage für 19,50/Tag nutzen, was sehr nützlich war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und auch mit Obst und Gemüse bestückt. Der Kaffee hat ebenfalls geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
Die Matratze war für mich etwas zu fest. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte etwas heller sein, auch am Badspiegel. Die Entlüftung im Bad ist im Zimmer ziemlich laut und lange zu hören, was nachts etwas störend ist. Die Dusche ist etwas eng und für beleibtere Menschen sicherlich schwierig zu benutzen. Was aber vor allem verbesserungswürdig ist, sind die fehlenden Haken im Bad, die relativ einfach anzubringen wären. Es gibt eine Handtuchstange und sonst keine Möglichkeit, um im Bad etwas aufzuhängen (Kulturbeutel, Handtücher, Nachtwäsche u.a.). Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr eng gehalten, die Ausfahrt aber normal.

V informacích o vybaveni pokojů je uváděn minibar. Na pokoji minibar nebyl. Při příjezdu byla požadována platba za ubytování, i když pobyt byl přes booking.com uhrazen. Teprve po předložení podkladů z banky, že pobyt byl uhrazen, od požadavku bylo upuštěno.
