“It was just satisfactory. Location made it better. Close to food shopping g and touring”
Location is great with daily close access to light rail system. Breakfast was good too. Heated bathroom floors also a plus. Staff was very friendly.
It is designed to be a modern by the rooms are small with no closets. The bathroom has literally no storage or shelving to store supplies. The main elevator did not work for our entire stay.

The ones we ordered were wrong the staff were rude. There was no cleaning of the rooms three times we had to change the key card because they got it wrong. They were rude to my wife at reception. Where are the tasting menu in the roof? Restaurant? spent a fortune that were asked to leave because we were laughing and somebody allegedly was offended security escorts out my wife quite question and gave her a bin and then they threw us out of the hotel we never finished our meal even though we’re booked him for another day. I couldn’t speak to the manager. The whole experience was awful. They don’t believe the customer is right or has an opinion. I cannot recommend this place for mature couples who like to travel and be treated well, it say supermarket hotel.
