“Great hotel! Highly recommend.”
The hotel was just gorgeous, the aesthetics were beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Dinner at Madame B was wonderful! Well located just a short walk from the city centre, would highly recommend.

La sala cinema è una trovata degna di nota. Il design nel complesso è piacevole ed il personale tutto è gentile. Dai concierge allo staff delle pulizie, sempre particolarmente disponibile.
Un episodio in particolare: avevamo accordato il montaggio di una culla per un neonato ma non l’abbiamo trovata all’arrivo. Quando richiesta, ci è stata portata una culla per bambini più grandi, senza lenzuola e soprattutto non pulita. Risultava impolverata e con delle macchie importanti. Dopo un errore del genere mi sarei aspettato un gesto di scuse ma non è arrivato nulla. Nel complesso non ci siamo sentiti in un 5 stelle. Per quelle mi aspetterei un po’ di attenzione in più. Ad esempio: la sala fitness lascia a desiderare, non c’è a/c o areazione e non è un posto in cui allenarsi piacevolmente. Infine, il ristorante dovrebbe lasciare dei posti liberi per gli ospiti dell’hotel e il personale dovrebbe suggerire agli ospiti di prenotare in anticipo se non vogliono rimanere a digiuno.
