  “Fantasztikus”

  The receptionist made our stay unforgettable. We arrived after midnight by bus from Ha Giang and he carried our heavy bags up to the room himself, was endlessly kind and friendly, and even helped us with our early wake-up for the 6:00 train. Although we left before the breakfast hours, he still packed a small takeaway breakfast for our journey – and when we left at 5:30 in pouring rain, he walked us all the way to the railway station (400 m) with an umbrella. Perfect location right next to Hanoi Station, clean and comfortable room, excellent value – but the service is what we will remember. Eternal gratitude, highly recommended!
