“De turismo por nuestro pais.”
Felicitaciones en la atencion y calidad en los productos del restaurante, no me agrado que hubiesen desactivado la tarjeta de ingreso al ascensor y a mi habitacion a partir de las 11 am, siendo check out a la 1 pm. Entiendo que el check in es a las 3 pm y no antes, luego considero molesto para un turista sentir que lo estan sacando a las malas del Hotel; ojala sometan a consideración mi opinión y busquen alternativas de mejora. Muchas gracias.
“Kind service”
Good service. Kind receptionists and helpful. Complete and good buffet breakfast. 10 minutes walking from Museo del Oro. Busy area and need to be alert always, I walked around but was always back at the hotel before 5:30pm

“NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL”
O hotel está velho. Os apartamentos com aspecto de sujo. Com relação aos banheiros horríveis. O vaso sanitário entupiu varias vezes. A ducha fraca e para o frio de Bogota demora muito para sair a agua quente no chuveiro e na pia. Pedimos para trocar de quarto algumas vezes. o WiFi não conecta bem se voce está em um dos quartos distantes do roteador e nada fazem para melhorar isso. As recepcionistas, atendentes e garçonetes são amigáveis, mas os gerentes e chefes são intolerantes e nada fazem pra resolver os problemas apresentados que são muitos. Quando estamos em um país estrangeiro necessitamos que o hotel seja aquela primeira bela recepção, mas os altos funcionários do decrépito hotel NÃO AJUDAM.
