The bed was comfortable. The location was good, given that we needed to visit Parliament House.
The rooms are far more dated than what they appear online. The shower is awful - there’s no door or screen and water sprays from the shower all over the bathroom so that the floor is saturated. There were water marks on the coffee table in the room and the balcony door was unlocked. Breakfast was crowded and they seemed under staffed, so many tables and chairs were dirty - not just needing a wipe, but covered in crumbs and sticky. It was unpleasant. The person who checked us in tapped my card before showing me the amount, which I didn’t like. Despite dropping off some new towels, they did not make up our room, did not restock tea/coffee supplies.
